Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen vegetables (any combination like broccoli, cauliflower and carrot)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
Durkee onion rings
Preparation

Cook as directed on package; drain.
Place in oblong baking dish.
Add soup (undiluted).
Spread sour cream on top.
Spread Durkee onion rings on top.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
