Old Miss Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. pancake syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Pour batter into two 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle nuts evenly over both cakes.
Combine syrup and cinnamon and drizzle over both cakes.
Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
