Nora'S Ham And Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
5 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 lb. Virginia baked ham
Swiss cheese
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients and microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Add yeast and stir.
Let stand 20 minutes.
In separate dish, mix flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Add yeast mixture to flour mixture and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
Spread out half of the dough, adding flour as needed.
Top with sliced ham and cheeses.
Repeat with other half of dough.
Roll up each half jelly roll style.
Let rise 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool slightly and slice.
