Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. plain or seasoned bread crumbs
    6 (1-inch thick) pork chops with a pocket sliced in the middle
    other spices of your liking
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all the ingredients together, except the pork chops, in a bowl.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on the outside of each pork chop, then stuff the pocket of each with the meat dressing and place in a greased baking dish.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
