Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into bite-size pieces (can use chicken nuggets)
    2 eggs, salted and beaten
    1 stick margarine
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms with juice
    6 strips Muenster cheese
    1/2 c. broth or lemon juice
Preparation
    Soak chicken one hour in egg mixture.
    Roll in bread crumbs and fry in butter.
    Place in casserole dish the chicken and mushrooms; cover with cheese.
    Baste with broth or lemon juice. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
