Eggs With Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch green onions
    1 clove garlic
    4 eggs, beaten
    6 crackers, rolled
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    8 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Finely mince onions using half of the tops also. Cut artichokes in thirds and reserve oil. Saute onions and garlic in the artichoke oil. Combine all ingredients. Bake in a greased 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 as a main dish. May be prepared ahead and refrigerated, then heated 15 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cut into 2 inch squares. Tripled makes 9 x 15-inch casserole and serves 25 to 30.
