Marzette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
2 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. pork sausage
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
2 c. celery, cut up
1 qt. tomato juice
1 c. mushroom pieces
1 pkg. frozen peas
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook noodles; set
aside.
Cook
the
celery and onion. (You may add 1/2 mango.)
Brown\tthe
meat
and add the tomato juice; simmer 1/2 hour.
Mix
the\tnoodles,
celery, onion and meat.
Add mushroom
pieces,
curry
powder and Worcestershire sauce.\tAdd peas.
Put in casserole and top with grated cheese (Parmesan Italian) and crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
