Little Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. applesauce
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Beat in applesauce.
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to butter mixture; stir just enough to moisten.
    Spoon into small muffin cups.
    Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    While still warm, dip in melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mix.
    Yields approximately 30 miniature muffins.
