Apple Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. hot water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 c. peeled, diced apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter in bowl; add sugar.
    Beat at medium speed.
    Add eggs.
    Combine flour, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Stir in water and vanilla.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
