Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 egg
    1 medium onion
    2 stalks celery, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    sage to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Pull off bones and place in bottom of flat casserole dish.
    Then spread can of cream of chicken soup over chicken.
    Mix egg with broth from chicken and spread over soup and chicken.
