Green Beans With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (4 c.) fresh snap beans, cut into 1-inch pieces, or 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen cut beans, slightly thawed
    2/3 c. long grain rice
    1 1/3 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. dried dill weed (optional)
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Wash, trim and cut fresh beans.
    Measure 4 cups and set aside. Combine rice, 1 1/3 cups water and 3/4 teaspoon salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until rice has absorbed the water.
