Banana Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
    Set aside.
    Cream sugar and shortening together until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add half of flour mixture, half of bananas, half the flour mix and then the rest of the bananas. Spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for about 1 hour or until tests done.
    Cool before slicing.
