Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon rind, grated
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients (except egg whites) into saucepan.
    Mix well.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to boil.
    When thick, remove from heat.
    Pour into baked pie crust.
