Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 whole egg
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into greased muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
    Yields 8 servings.
