Wild West Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground beef
    4 cans tomato pieces
    4 (5 oz.) boxes vermicelli
    4 medium onions, chopped
    6 cans Ranch Style beans
    seasoning to taste
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onions, beans, tomatoes and enough water to cover.
    Cook slowly for 1 hour.
    Break vermicelli into 1 inch pieces and add to pot.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes more.
    Fritos or grated cheese may be sprinkled on top prior to serving.
    Makes 20 to 25 servings.
