Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 fresh ripe plum tomatoes, very finely diced
    4 Tbsp. finely minced garlic
    1 c. coarsely chopped fresh basil
    1/2 c. finely chopped Italian parley
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    pinch crushed red pepper flakes
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    32 (1/4-inch thick) slices French or Italian Baguette
    6 garlic cloves, cut in half
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, minced garlic, basil, parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste.
    Toss very well; set aside for at least 3 hours.
