Honey Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    1 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, honey and butter.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cream of tartar and soda.
    Pour over popped popcorn.
    May be baked in slow oven for an hour.
