Southern Cannonballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Roll into walnut size balls.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Drain and serve.
    Yield: about 4 dozen servings.
