Artichoke Nibbles(Very Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 garlic clove
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Drain marinade from 1 jar artichokes into saucepan.
    Drain other jar and discard juice.
    Chop artichokes and set aside.
    Saute onion and garlic in marinade until tender.
    In bowl beat eggs.
    Add all the ingredients to eggs and turn into baking dish (7 x 11-inches), sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool and cut into squares.
