Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (36 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. lime juice
    5 mashed bananas
    2 (2 liter) bottles Sprite or 7-Up
Preparation
    Boil 6 cups water and dissolve 3 to 4 cups sugar in it and cool.
    Add the juices and bananas to sugar water.
    Mix well and freeze.
    Remove from freezer about 2 hours before serving.
    Pour Sprite or 7-Up into punch immediately before serving.
    Very, very good.
