Pinto Beans And Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. beans
    1 lb. country ribs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Wash and soak beans overnight.
    Add enough water to cover; about 1 gallon.
    Bring to a rolling boil for 30 minutes; reduce heat and let simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
    Add pork ribs after beans have been cooking for 30 minutes.
    Add chili powder and oil. Season to taste.
