Pecan Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
3 eggs
1 c. broken pecan meats
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation

Beat with a large spoon sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add Karo and stir until blended.
Add pecan meats, butter and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie shell (that has not been pricked) and bake for 1 hour in preheated oven at 300\u00b0.
Bake until center is firm.
