Mixed Mushroom And Prosciutto Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olives
    3/4 lb. mixed mushrooms (brown, shiitake, white oyster)
    3 cloves garlic, finely minced
    4 anchovy fillets, chopped
    1/4 lb. sliced Prosciutto, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Heat the oil in large skillet.
    Add mushrooms in batches. Saute on high heat until they begin to color.
    Add the garlic, anchovies and Prosciutto; stir.
    Then add the wine.
    Cook until the wine is almost reduced.
    Place the gnocchi in the skillet. Mix well and serve with a sprinkle of parsley.
