Zesty Zucchini And Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 medium zucchini, sliced and cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    2 large fresh tomatoes, diced
    1 1/2 c. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. dried Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    In greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, place zucchini, then onion and then tomatoes in layers.
    Mix crumbs with butter and sprinkle over vegetables with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
