Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped (1/2 c.)
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

In a large saucepan, cook bacon and set to 1 side.
Add potatoes, onion, celery and
carrots to bacon drippings.
Cook about 20 minutes,
stirring
occasionally, until tender.
Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
Bring
to a boil.
Stir sour cream, flour and paprika together.
Add\t1
cup of hot potato mixture to sour cream and mix, then pour sour cream mixture into soup. Cook until soup bubbles.
Pour
into
bowls and top with crumbled bacon. Yummy and fast.
