Marion'S Knots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 tsp. orange rind
    5 tsp. baking powder
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and cream cheese.
    Add flour, baking powder and rinds.
    Blend well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and add to batter.
