Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Place in large Pyrex dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
