Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 pieces bread
8 eggs
1 c. milk
2/3 c. butter
1 1/4 c. shredded Colby cheese
1/2 lb. bacon
salt and pepper
Preparation

Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay 5 pieces of bread (cut into strips) on bottom of pan.
Whip eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over bread.
Shred 2/3 cup butter over eggs, 1 1/4 cups shredded Colby cheese.
Brown bacon; crumble over cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
