Pan Browned Potatoes With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 Tbsp. butter
    2 potatoes, cut into quarters
    2 onions, cut into quarters
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Melt the
    butter in a frying pan.
    Add the potatoes and onions; brown over high heat, letting them get as brown as you like. Turn
    when
    brown
    and cook until done 15 to 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
