Creamy Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. crisp cooked carrots
    1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
    1 c. diced small onion
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Mix together and put in greased casserole dish.
    Top with seasoned croutons tossed in melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
