Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. grated and well-drained zucchini
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Lightly stir in oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla, sifted flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add to egg mixture until well blended.
Stir in raisins and nuts and pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center springs back when lightly touched.
Cool in pans 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool.
