Old World Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    4 large potatoes
    1 bunch broccoli
    3 carrots
    1 onion
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; remove.
    Slice and saute the remaining ingredients in the bacon drippings until tender.
    Top with Polska kielbasa or smoked sausage.
    Heat for 12 minutes, covered. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
