Steak And Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 round steaks, cut in cubes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    garlic salt
    pepper
    2 c. wine
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, brown steak cubes well in margarine.
    Add pepper and garlic salt while browning.
    Add wine, mushrooms with juice and water to cover meat.
    Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Add cream cheese and melt.
    Do not boil cream cheese. Serve over rice.
