Quiche - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) pie shell
1/2 lb. ground meat
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown meat and onions. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch. Stir in meat, onions and cheese. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. You can freeze before baking if you wish. Add 30 minutes to baking time.
