Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 c. water or tomato juice
    16 oz. can tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt to taste
    1 (12 oz.) box cottage cheese
    18 oz. box lasagna noodles
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in hot oil. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, salt, sugar, pepper and oregano.
    Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
