Pigs In Blankets - cooking recipe

Ingredients

pastry for 2 crust pie
prepared mustard
1 lb. small cocktail frankfurters (about 40)
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Prepare pastry.
Roll pastry to 12 x 12 1/2-inch rectangle. Spread lightly with mustard.
Cut pastry into 40 (3 x 1 1/4-inch) strips.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Wrap each frankfurter with pastry strip, pinching ends together.
Place seam side down on baking sheet.
