Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Eggs
    1/2 lb. Bulk Sausage (the kind in a \"roll\") browned till done
    1/2 lb. Ham, cubed
    16 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese
    5 green onions (white tops only) finely chopped
    2-9 in. Deep Dish pie crusts
    1/2 c. milk
    Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a big bowl, whip your eggs, then add all but 1/4 cup of the cheese.
    Pour into the Pie Crusts.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Top with remaining Cheese and bake another 15-20 min.
    Let it cool for 1/2 hour.
    Makes 12 servings.
