Applesauce-Rhubarb Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/3 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir just until moist (batter will be lumpy).
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Sprinkle tops with cinnamon-sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
