Peas In Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large peeled cucumber
    1 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut cucumber into 1/4-inch slices.
    Soak tarragon leaves in 2 tablespoons warm water for 10 minutes.
    Place peas, cucumber, salt and tarragon in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes; drain well.
    Combine sour cream, mayo and lemon juice. Place in saucepan over low heat; stir constantly, until thoroughly heated.
    Combine sauce and vegetables to serve.
