Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hot jalapeno peppers
    8 Winesap apples
    13 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    2 pkg. Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Grind apples and peppers.
    Combine all ingredients except Sure-Jell.
    Cook just until it comes to boil.
    Remove from heat; let set 5 minutes.
    Add Sure-Jell.
    Cook to rolling boil per instructions on Sure-Jell package.
