Tuna-Swiss Baked Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans water-packed white tuna
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. soft whole wheat breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Place tuna in a colander; rinse under cold tap water 1 minute. Set colander aside to let tuna drain 1 minute.
