Tapioca Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. small tapioca (not Minute)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 small box lemon Jell-O
    1 large can pineapple (crushed or tidbits)
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    To 5 cups boiling water, add tapioca and salt. Boil 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add sugar and Jell-O. Refrigerate overnight. Then add the pineapple, bananas and Cool Whip. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
