Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded zucchini
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
In mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini.
Mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients; add to mixture.
Blend well.
Stir in nuts.
Bake one hour at 325\u00b0.
