Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. hot dogs
    wooden skewers
    hot vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour, salt, milk, egg and oil.
    Insert a skewer in one end of each hot dog; coat with flour.
    Dip into cornmeal mixture.
    Deep fry in hot oil (375\u00b0) until golden brown.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
