Mock Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can soyameat chicken, diced
    1 pkg. Birds Eye frozen Oriental vegetables
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 c. shredded yellow cheese
Preparation
    Drain mushrooms.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Boil water; cook frozen vegetables about one minute and drain.
    Combine mushrooms, onion, soyameat and vegetables.
    Add slivered almonds.
    Turn into buttered 7 x 11-inch casserole dish.
    Top with cheese and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
