Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. raw carrots, grated
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream the sugar and cooking oil.
Add eggs and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon together; add creamed mixture.
Fold in carrots and nuts.
