Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar, brown sugar, oil, vanilla, cinnamon and ginger.
    Beat all until fluffy.
    Stir in 2 cups coarsely shredded zucchini.
    Add balance of ingredients. Pour into 2 greased (5 x 9) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
