Ingredients

1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
fresh fruit
1/2 to 3/4 c. apricot preserves
Preparation

Slice cookie dough 1/8 inch thick.
Spread over pizza.
Press with fingers to join slices.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes, until light brown.
Cool on rack.
Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla (beat until smooth) and spread over cool cookie dough.
Arrange fruit over topping.
Heat preserves and drizzle over fruit.
