Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks
    2 lb. fresh crabmeat
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Put margarine in skillet and saute onion and celery until soft and clear.
    Add the flour and blend with the margarine, then blend in the milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Remove from heat and add egg yolks, crabmeat, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
    Transfer to buttered casserole and top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
