Charlotte Russe Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1 pt. cream
    12 to 15 graham crackers
Preparation
    Put in double boiler milk, gelatine, 2 egg yolks, sugar and salt.
    Cook until thick (not too thick).
    Let stand until almost cold.
    Next, whip the cream and mix with custard.
    Then beat the 2 egg whites and fold this all together.
    Roll graham crackers and put in square pan or pie tins.
    Pour custard on top of graham cracker crumbs, then sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs.
    Cool in refrigerator until serving time.
